Worldwide Delivery

We offer secure delivery worldwide to all countries and regions.


New Zealand Deliveries

Typically your order will be dispatched same day, once payment is received. Your order should take 2-5 days to be couriered to you.  All parcels are packaged in bubble wrap and are tracked and traced.

The entire time between your payment being received and your order being delivered should take no longer than 7 days.


Delivery Costs

Delivery costs for New Zealand are dependent upon where the product is being delivered to.

New Zealand Wide: $6.50

Rural Delivery: $9.30

No Saturday or Public Holiday delivery.  If you have an urgent order, we are happy to express ship.  Please email info@thehealingcompany.co.nz

All International Deliveries: $14


International Deliveries

Delivery charges (in most instances, unless you are purchasing very large amounts) will be billed to your credit card/PayPal account at the same time you purchase the product. These charges will show on the “Shopping Cart” page before you proceed to checkout.

By reading through the information below, you will be fully aware of how much the shipping will cost.

Deliveries can only be made to a street address. The address given must be the delivery address where the package can be received during business hours. If the package is not received on the first delivery then subsequent delivery charges may apply.

Out of Stock

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and you will have the choice to delay the shipment until the item is back in stock, or remove it from your order. Payments for online orders will be processed only after all goods have been picked to ensure that you will only be charged for what you receive. Credit card information is stored until after your order has been processed.

The Healing Company Ltd (THC) orders are always dispatched using highly reputable freight companies with strict delivery policies and schedules. Unfortunately things do go missing even with logistics specialists.

If you have any trouble with your order and its delivery, please log on to ‘The Healing Company’ website and send us an email with your order number and the product and date listed. We will immediately investigate your enquiry.  You can also track your parcel through a track and trace system.



If for any reason your product is faulty then we will replace it for you free of charge.  Returns are only for faulty items, not if you change your mind.  Please contact us on info@thehealingcompany.co.nz for any issues.  We will try to put it right for you as soon as possible.



Your Privacy is extremely important to us.  We strive to keep your details safe and secure and certainly do not give or sell your personal details to any third parties.



Website security and keeping your personal details safe is a paramount priority to us.  We will only keep your credit card details for the current purchase only.  We use an extremely safe server and hold an SSL certificate which is designed to stop any kind of fraudulent activity.  You can rest assured we have made this site as safe as humanly possible.  We do not give or sell any of your personal information to third parties.
